Handling Existing Files During Migration

Cloudsfer provides several options to manage existing files during migration. These options can be found under Advanced Options.

When migrating content into an existing folder hierarchy, you can choose one of the following three actions:

1. Add Suffix to Existing Files

   • Example: File.doc will be migrated as File(1).doc

2. Skip Existing Files

   • Files that already exist in the target location will not be transferred again.

3. Overwrite Existing Files

   • Existing files in the target location will be replaced with the new versions.
