What happens if a migration fails or only some files are transferred?
Retrying Failed Migration Items in Cloudsfer
Sometimes migrations may partially or completely fail—whether due to running out of credits or encountering a technical issue. In such cases, you can easily re-transfer only the failed items.
How to Retry Failed Items
- Go to the Activity panel.
- Expand your migration by clicking the arrow next to it.
- Click on “Retry Failed Items.”
This will initiate a re-transfer of only the items that failed during the original migration.
