Cloudsfer Integration for Procore

Cloudsfer’s integration with Procore is designed to quickly migrate data from and/or to Procore in just a few simple steps.

How to Integrate with Procore

  1. Choose the Procore connector from the list and click Connect.

  2. In the pop-up window, enter your Procore account details and allow Cloudsfer to access your Procore projects.

    Note: This is a standard login window. Your credentials are encrypted and securely handled—Cloudsfer does not store any user credentials.

  3. Select your company and project.

  4. Choose the project you wish to migrate.

Important Requirements

  • You must be a Project Admin to perform the migration.
  • Ensure the Cloudsfer application is enabled in the Procore Marketplace.
  • The Documents tool must be enabled in your Procore project.

First-Time Setup Tip:
When using Procore for the first time, make sure the Cloudsfer application is authenticated and added to your Procore account.

How to Enable Cloudsfer in Procore

  1. In the Procore Admin Panel, select your Procore project.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Apps Marketplace.
  3. A new window will open. Search for Cloudsfer in the search box to get started.

Creating a Migration Plan

  1. Select the folder(s) you wish to migrate.
  2. Choose any of Cloudsfer’s supported target cloud storage options.
  3. Click “Create Plan”—you can create as many plans as needed.
  4. Run the migration immediately or schedule it as a daily, weekly, or monthly backup.
