Cloudsfer Integration for Procore
Cloudsfer’s integration with Procore is designed to quickly migrate data from and/or to Procore in just a few simple steps.
How to Integrate with Procore

Choose the Procore connector from the list and click Connect.

In the pop-up window, enter your Procore account details and allow Cloudsfer to access your Procore projects.
Note: This is a standard login window. Your credentials are encrypted and securely handled—Cloudsfer does not store any user credentials.

Select your company and project.

Choose the project you wish to migrate.
Important Requirements
- You must be a Project Admin to perform the migration.
- Ensure the Cloudsfer application is enabled in the Procore Marketplace.
- The Documents tool must be enabled in your Procore project.
First-Time Setup Tip:
When using Procore for the first time, make sure the Cloudsfer application is authenticated and added to your Procore account.
How to Enable Cloudsfer in Procore
- In the Procore Admin Panel, select your Procore project.

- Navigate to Apps > Apps Marketplace.

- A new window will open. Search for Cloudsfer in the search box to get started.

Creating a Migration Plan
- Select the folder(s) you wish to migrate.
- Choose any of Cloudsfer’s supported target cloud storage options.
- Click “Create Plan”—you can create as many plans as needed.
- Run the migration immediately or schedule it as a daily, weekly, or monthly backup.
