How to know the total storage used in ACC/BIM 360 Projects?

This guide will help you know the total storage used in ACC/BIM 360 Project. 

Note: You must be a Project Admin to get the total storage used in the ACC/BIM 360 Projects. 

Here are the ways to find data size in ACC Projects: 

       1.    Log in to ACC: Go to acc.autodesk.com and open the project you want to check. 

       2.   Go to Project Files: From the left navigation menu, select “Files”
 

       3.   Export File Logs: Right-click on the Project File and select the “Export File Logs” option. 

 

       4.   Choose Export Options: You’ll be prompted with two options: 
  • Current folder only → Exports a log of just the files in that folder. 
  • Current folder and all subfolders → Exports a log of the selected folder and all nested files. 

        5.   Download the Export: Click Export. An email will be sent to you with a download link. 
 

        6.   Open the Exported File Log: Download and open the sheet. It contains details of all files, including file size
