Cloudsfer Backup service
Cloudsfer’s Backup Service enables automatic backups from any source to any target system, offering flexible and secure data protection.
You can create backups from:
- Cloud to Cloud
- On-Premise to Cloud
- Cloud to On-Premise
Scheduling Your Backup
Customize your backup schedule to run daily, weekly, or monthly at your preferred time.
Note: All times are set in UTC.
To get started, log in to your Cloudsfer account and select the Backup Service option.
Important Notice
The first backup run will transfer and overwrite all data from your source system.
We recommend selecting a new target path to avoid overwriting existing data.
Connecting to Your Target System
At the bottom of the page, you can switch between Business Connectors and On-Premise Connectors, if needed.
Once connected, choose the target location where you want your data to be backed up.
Delta Backup
After the initial backup, Cloudsfer will only transfer changed (delta) data in subsequent backups.
This ensures efficient use of resources by backing up only the data that has changed since the last run.
