Re-authenticating Cloudsfer for OneDrive for Business / SharePoint Online

This guide will help you re-authenticate the Cloudsfer application to restore connectivity with OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online, using our SharePoint Online connector.


Steps to Re-authenticate

  1. Navigate to: https://portal.office.com/myapps#
  2. Locate the Cloudsfer application in the list of apps.
  3. Click on the Settings icon for Cloudsfer and select Remove.

Reconnect via Cloudsfer

  1. Go to https://app.cloudsfer.com.
  2. Recreate your Migration Plan or reconnect to OneDrive for Business / SharePoint Online from an existing plan.
